Lost parcels

We recommend that you first check your mailbox or door, as some packages may have been left there. You should also ask your neighbours if they have received your package, as delivery personnel may leave packages with neighbours when the recipient is not present.

If you have checked these options and still cannot find your package, please contact your local post office with your tracking number. They will be able to provide you with information on the status of your package and its location.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase. However, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package and resolving any issues that may arise.

Change Delivery Address

To ensure your change request can be processed, we kindly ask that you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will accept changes made within this timeframe.

However, if your order has already been processed, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to make any changes to the address.
