It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we will happily accept unused, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in saleable condition with original tags attached for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the date you received the item.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your product. If it has been more than 30 days, we are sorry we cannot honor your return request.

Return Conditions:

All items must be returned:

– Unworn and unwashed

– All tags attached to the original packaging

– Free of makeup, animal hair and any fragrances (including deodorants, perfumes or laundry detergents)

If your item does not meet these conditions, your return request will be rejected.

How to return:

To return an item, please email us at [email protected] with your order number to initiate the process

Securely package and seal your return, invoice, and return form in the appropriate shipping box.

Retain the tracking number on the prepaid return label to track the status of your return package.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Quality Assurance

If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.

Our team will work closely with you to determine the best course of action, ensuring your concerns are promptly addressed.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, it may take 7-14 days to process your return from the date we receive it.

Once we have checked that your return meets our requirements, we will expedite the refund process and send you an email notifying you that the refund has been processed. The refund will be made using the original method.

Please note that the refund does not include the original shipping fee.

Late Refund

We are sorry that you have not received your refund yet. Could you please contact our customer service? Please keep your order number and tracking number so that we can resolve this issue promptly.

Modifying and Cancelling Orders
